• Daycare: Check-in 10:00 A.M. - Check-out 7:00 P.M
  Boarding: Check-in 10:00 A.M. - Check-out 7:00 P.M.
  Extra charge for Check-in/Check-out beyond the time mentioned.
• Please ensure to provide all the relevant details as mentioned in the pet boarding form. This is necessary to understand your pet and take care of them. 
• All pets must provide a copy of their latest vaccination certificate before check-in.
• Pets must be given tick & flea treatment before boarding. 
• Your Furry kids must be fully vaccinated (including Kennel Cough) before check-in. 
• Owners must provide a valid id and address proof before leaving their pet(s) with us
• All boarding stays are by reservation only. Full payment is required when booking your boarding reservation. Google pay / cash
• If there is no communication from the pet owner, Footprints retains the right to re-home any pet that is not picked up within 5 days from the last date of expected checkout.
• All the above details are to be given before the Pet (s) checks in the facility
• These rules are for the comfort and safety of all our boarding pets and caretaking staff. Please abide by them
