- You can make a reservation by contacting us.

- Your pet will require the Tick and Flea treatment and also it must be fully vaccinated (including the Kennel Cough vaccination) before they are boarded with us. We request you provide us with all the relevant records during their stay with us. 

- We are happy to accept all breeds. If you are unsure about your dog's suitability, please call our office and discuss it with us. 

- Presently Footprints does not offer any pick-up and drop service.

- While we always make every effort to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, it's possible for a pet to suffer an accident or fall ill. In this situation, we will make every effort to call the assigned contact number and try to seek the advice provided. This may necessitate a visit to our designated veterinarian for treatment.

- During boarding, we recommend providing personal belongings like bedding and toys for giving them a homely feeling and additional comfort. Parents need to ensure that the bedding is free from ticks and fleas.

 

- There will be an additional charge if you pick up your pet at a different time/day than agreed upon in the initial booking. If this is going to happen, kindly notify us, so that we make sure the booking information is updated.
